This training program is a program I wrote for an online client looking to specifically work his upper body to the maximum. This employs training seven days a week, with the following training split of back/legs/chest and shoulders/arms/back/chest and shoulders/arms. There are some specialty pieces that are used throughout the program (safety squat bar, bands, chains, sleds/Prowlers) but can easily use standard gym equipment to substitute.
