Refunds

Before requesting a refund, you should have a chat to the seller. In most cases, they are more than happy to work things out without resorting to refunds. If you wish to claim a refund, and meet the conditions of the Distribly refund policy, then it can be done easily with our automated process. If you do not meet the refund criteria, you can contact the seller to request a refund.

If you are a seller or promoter, and want to find out more about refunds, see the Refunds for sellers section in the Related stuff on the right.
